Our projects involve the permanent installation of generators, serving clients such as healthcare facilities, water authorities, and critical data centers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the efficient daily operations of construction projects on-site.
  • Diligently manage quality assurance and health and safety protocols.
  • Engage in hands-on activities throughout pre-site, on-site, and post-site phases.
  • Develop and review all WBPS Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) and ensure all subcontractors' RAMS are managed and approved.
  • Collaborate with the Projects team to anticipate and plan upcoming works.
  • Participate in occasional meetings at the Head Office.
  • Foster and promote effective internal and external communication.
  • Adhere to all WB Power Services Ltd ISO policies and procedures.
  • Manage communications among all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets.
  • Address and resolve any delays or issues encountered on-site, escalating as necessary.
Candidate Profile

  • Experience as a Site Manager or Installation Manager.
  • SMSTS certification.
  • Willingness to travel as our projects are nationwide.
  • Previous experience with generators or mechanical and electrical projects is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with industry ISO standards.
  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to interact with a diverse range of clients across various sectors.
  • Proficient in IT and open to learning our specific ERP system.
