Joinery/site Surveyor

We are an established and expanding Joinery manufactured based in Dagenham, RM9. We are looking for a focused and professional individual who can work as part of a team and also manage their own workload.

We are seeking a skilled Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting site surveys, accurately measuring spaces and assessing project requirements to ensure the implementation of our woodworking installations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct comprehensive site surveys to gather accurate measurements and assess site conditions for woodworking installations.
- Interpret architectural drawings, plans and specifications to identify project requirements and potential challenges.
- Present and promote our range of bespoke woodworking and joinery solutions as well as providing expert advice/recommendations to clients, guiding them through the design & selection process.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate survey results.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that effectively showcase our products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of survey data, project documentation, and correspondence to support project tracking and reporting.
- Actively seek out new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and referrals.
- Knowledgeable of current building regulations and industry trends.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in site surveying techniques and procedures
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities, with a persuasive and engaging communication style
- Experience with software such as AutoCAD/CAD
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and calculations
- Ability to interpret construction plans, maps, and legal descriptions
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

**Salary is negotiable dependent on experience.**

**Salary**: £47,612.00-£50,043.00 per year
