Summary

As a member of the Sales team at Worldwide Flight Services, you will be responsible for executing strategies to identify, develop, and pursue business opportunities through the profitable sale of Renewable Energy solutions (PPAs, EACs, On-Site Solar, Carbon Offsets, and Net Zero advisory services) to large commercial and industrial clients across the UK, Ireland, Germany, and Continental Europe. Many of your target customers will include national accounts and global corporations with multiple sites across Europe.

The Sales Executive will collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Key Account Managers, and Marketing to support commercial activities across all Sustainability solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and implement initiatives to achieve sales objectives, including gross profit and sales volume, while enhancing bottom-line results.
  • Drive strategies and tactics for key accounts, both existing and prospective.
  • Coordinate support for proposal preparations and contract negotiations for complex commercial transactions.
  • Manage margins through continuous market condition reviews and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Responsible for achieving individual sales goals.
  • Prospect and identify new leads and opportunities.
  • Document activities in Salesforce CRM.
  • Achieve established sales targets.
  • Lead sales presentations for potential large commercial and industrial customers.
  • Direct all stages of the sales process and maintain account ownership.
  • Anticipate market needs and propose alternative solutions as necessary.
  • Share knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide weekly sales projections and status updates, ensuring excellent pipeline management.
  • Market Development - Identify new growth opportunities in Energy and Sustainability.
  • Attend relevant industry conferences to expand the customer base and gather market intelligence.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by leadership.

Minimum Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or Sustainability) and/or client-facing sales experience with a proven track record in large commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Ideally, 3+ years of relevant sales experience in Renewable Energy and/or Sustainability.
  • Experience in sales consultancy with high-level decision-makers is advantageous.
