Chef de Partie Job Description

Fulham Football Club is seeking a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality meals for our youth and women teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to create and develop exciting seasonal menus.
  • Prepare meals for youth and women teams, adhering to nutritional guidelines and ensuring junior team members are working correctly to achieve this.
  • Instruct junior team members on food preparation and presentation techniques to ensure high-quality meals are delivered on time.
  • Support and lead junior members of the kitchen team, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Check stock requirements and order supplies in the absence of the Head or Sous Chef.
  • Travel with teams in the UK and abroad as the catering team representative, providing food provisions as requested.
  • Assist in the preparation of travel food requirements, demonstrating good organisational skills.
  • Support the Head or Sous Chef in delivering high-quality food in a timely manner.
  • Cover the Sous Chef role as and when required, working closely with the Supervisor to maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene.
  • Be flexible and adaptable to work around the teams' schedules.

  • Monitor repeated incidents of poor behaviour and liaise with the Designated Safeguarding Officer or Head of Safeguarding.
