Job Title: Commis Chef Training Ground Trainee

Fulham Football Club is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commis Chef Training Ground Trainee to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in the preparation and presentation of food for our players and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Assist in the preparation of ingredients for dishes, develop knife skills, and learn basic cooking techniques.
  • Cooking and Presentation: Assist in the cooking and presentation of food, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and presented to the required standard.
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Assist in the planning and execution of menus, particularly in the build-up to games, ensuring that all dishes are prepared and presented to the required standard.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in the management of inventory, including overseeing deliveries and taking stock.
  • Cleaning and Organization: Assist in the cleaning and organization of the kitchen, ensuring a safe and clean working environment.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with chefs and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed correctly, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Teamwork: Assist in the preparation of food for team coaches, if required, and participate in washing up and cleaning duties as part of the trainee role.
