About the Role

Adecco UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Category Manager to join our team. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for developing and managing commercial category strategies to achieve the strategic aims and objectives of our clients.

Main Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and influence senior collective forums to drive procurement savings and efficiencies
  • Develop and deliver procurement savings plans to meet business objectives
  • Lead complex procurement projects, including contract reviews and negotiations
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in category management and procurement, with a focus on high-value categories
  • Proven track record of delivering quantifiable procurement efficiencies and cost savings
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
