Position: Educational Support Assistant (Full Time, Temporary)

Salary: £18,500 to £22,500 (dependent on qualifications and experience)

Overview:
As an Educational Support Assistant, you will collaborate with our partner educational institutions to receive exceptional training and gain valuable on-the-job experience.

Role Responsibilities:
Upon successful completion of the interview process and necessary checks, we will assist you in securing a paid position within a school to enhance your skills.

Before commencing your role, you will participate in a comprehensive training program led by Vision for Education and experienced school leaders, equipping you with the essential competencies required for the position.

The role of an Educational Support Assistant is crucial for the effective operation of educational settings. The most effective assistants possess strong communication abilities and can foster positive relationships with both students and staff swiftly and efficiently.

Key Duties:
- Collaborate with the class teacher to manage student behavior and support interventions.
- Provide additional assistance to students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Aid the class teacher in documenting and reporting on student progress and behavior, ensuring that all students are achieving their potential in the classroom.

Candidate Requirements:

- Be prepared to undergo an enhanced DBS check and register with the Update Service.
