Job Description:
Connect 4 is seeking an experienced Electrical Automation Specialist to support our factory operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining automation machinery and robotic cells in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key duties include developing electrical control systems, reading schematics, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring all equipment meets safety and operational standards.


Responsibilities:
Design and implement electrical control systems for automation machinery and robotic cells.
Interpret and work from electrical blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to ensure accurate installation and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in automation systems to minimize downtime and optimize production.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to improve system performance and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in industrial electrical work, specifically in automation and robotics.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and HMI interfaces.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certification or technical diploma in Electrical Technology or a related field is preferred.

Work Environment:
Factory setting with exposure to high-voltage equipment and fast-paced operations.
Occasional lifting and physical work required.
