We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a varied work environment where each day presents new challenges.


Key Responsibilities:
As an HVAC Maintenance Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Efficiently managing and servicing both new and existing air conditioning and HVAC systems.
  • Conducting Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and addressing Reactive Maintenance needs for HVAC equipment.
  • Performing diagnostic assessments and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
  • Executing general maintenance tasks tailored to client specifications, which may include basic plumbing, resolving toilet blockages, adjusting tap temperatures, and conducting emergency light tests to support the maintenance team.
  • Participating in an out-of-hours on-call rota and ensuring all work-related documentation is completed accurately and punctually.
  • Carrying out minor installation works and ensuring all necessary certifications are completed, while being open to additional responsibilities aligned with contract requirements.
  • Adhering to established procedures and protocols at all times.


Qualifications:
To be considered for the HVAC Maintenance Specialist position, candidates should possess:

  • A Level 2/3 Qualification in Refrigeration or Air Conditioning.
  • Proven experience as an Air Conditioning Engineer.
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting a range of HVAC systems.
  • Desirable electrical qualifications.
  • A valid UK Driving Licence.
