Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Gov Facility Services Ltd. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including testing and inspection
  • Identify and report any electrical safety hazards or issues
  • Collaborate with other maintenance teams to ensure seamless operation of facilities
  • Develop and implement electrical maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience working as an electrician
  • Two years of experience working in a role as a test and inspection electrician or equivalent
  • Good working knowledge of relevant health and safety requirements
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • C&G 2367 or 2357 (Electrical Installation) certification
  • NVQ level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent
