Key Responsibilities:
As an Operator Technician, you will be integral to our daily operations, receiving extensive training to become a valued member of our team.
Expect to work in a 24-hour operational environment with shifts scheduled across day and night patterns. We are open to discussing job-sharing arrangements that accommodate both operational needs and your preferences.
Your role will involve collaborating with experienced teams to ensure the seamless operation of our soft drink production, including the management of raw materials for our filling, packing, and palletizing machinery. Our facility is highly automated and maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, and you will receive training in basic machine troubleshooting and repairs.
You will be empowered to maintain hygiene standards and uphold product quality through hands-on inspections and on-line measurements, working closely with our Quality, Health, Environment, and Sustainability teams.
Additionally, you will be trained to monitor performance metrics and optimize our operations to enhance quality, output, and minimize waste.
Candidate Profile:
We seek practical, hands-on individuals who can manage multiple tasks, are eager to learn, and can work collaboratively while communicating effectively. You should possess confidence in your ability to execute tasks efficiently and a strong drive for achieving results. Attention to detail and the ability to adhere to established operational guidelines are essential.
