Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Manufacturing Trainee to join our team. As a Manufacturing Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process, operating machine tools, and maintaining equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate machine tools, including CNC Punches, CNC Press Brakes, Rollers, Lockforming Equipment, and Hand Tools.
- Maintain machine tools, hand tools, and other manufacturing-related equipment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety rules and regulations.
- Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve production goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.
Requirements
- Ability to learn from team members and their experience.
- Support team members with safety and production-related activities.
- Work with the senior management team to prepare a safety strategy for the business.
