Job Description

Pertemps Hemel Hempstead is seeking a skilled and motivated Van Courier / Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely and Efficiently Deliver Parcels: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parcels to our customers.
  • Plan and Execute Efficient Routes: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries.
  • Load and Unload Parcels with Care: Load and unload parcels with care to prevent damage.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional manner.
  • Complete Delivery Paperwork: Complete delivery paperwork and update delivery records accurately.
  • Adhere to Traffic Laws and Company Policies: Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies.
Requirements:
  • Valid UK Driving License: Possess a valid UK driving license.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Driving Experience: Previous experience in driving a long wheelbase van is needed.
  • Physical Fitness: A good level of fitness would be beneficial as some deliveries can be heavy.
  • Time Management and Organizational Skills: Possess strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
