About the Role

We are seeking multiple HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our team at TRCGroup. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting palletized parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Working set shifts with a rota planned in advance.
  • Securely moving and transporting palletized parcels to couriers or collecting them from delivery units.
  • Handling runs with 4-5 stops, focusing on safe driving and maintaining accurate paperwork.
  • Drivers may be required to assist with loading and unloading of the vehicle using a tail lift and pump truck.
  • Interacting with customers and representing the company in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving licence with Class 2 entitlement (category C).
  • Valid and in date DCPC and Digital Tachograph card.
  • No more than 6 points on licence (minor offences only).
  • Full understanding of WTD legislation.
  • Be prepared to undertake a short driving assessment for the position.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A safety-first mindset.
