About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Security Officer to join our team at ICTS Europe. As a Corporate Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of our premises and personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Access Control: Manage access control for buildings and car parks, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.
  • Patrolling: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, car parks, and grounds to deter and detect potential security threats.
  • ID Checks: Check and challenge ID passes with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Alarm Systems: De-activate and activate alarms, and unlock and lock buildings, rooms, external barriers, and gates to ensure that no unauthorized personnel or hazards are on site.
  • Monitoring: Monitor fire, security, and building systems, including CCTV.
  • Health and Safety: Identify and report Health & Safety issues and carry out first aid if necessary.
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer requests and queries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of incidents and other security-related activities.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: SIA Door Supervision (DS) or Security Guarding (SG) license.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in security.
  • References: Five years' checkable history and references.
  • Criminal Record Check: Pass a criminal records check to the required standards.
