About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Coach to join our team at Village Hotels. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our members.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality fitness classes and personal training sessions to our members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive member experience
  • Work closely with the Leisure Club Operations Manager and Team Leaders to achieve business objectives
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the pool area and gym facilities
  • Assist with the induction and orientation of new members

Requirements
