Are you a fundraising professional with exceptional communication abilities who thrives on cultivating meaningful and rewarding relationships with mid and high-value donors? Your role will encompass the daily oversight and execution of the mid-value giving strategy, crafting verbal and written proposals for donor funding, conducting prospect research, and managing your own portfolio of High Net Worth individual supporters.

A significant portion of this position will involve the planning, project management, and execution of exclusive major donor events aimed at achieving specific strategic goals.

You will oversee your own donor pipeline, necessitating initiative, prioritization, and organization of your tasks with minimal supervision.

Outstanding customer service skills are essential, along with experience in major donor fundraising, relationship management, direct marketing, or a comparable role involving High-Net-Worth Individuals.

Confidence in soliciting and securing substantial gifts from potential donors, both verbally and in writing, is crucial.
You should be adept at managing a supporter pipeline and presenting strategic planning recommendations based on data and analysis.
Proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Familiarity with supporter databases or CRM systems is also necessary.
