We are currently in search of a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancer Fee Earner to enhance our dedicated team.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a varied portfolio of residential conveyancing cases from initial instruction to final completion. This position demands a proactive mindset, outstanding communication abilities, and a dedication to providing superior client support.
Key Duties
- Overseeing a diverse range of residential conveyancing transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and equity transfers
- Conducting comprehensive title investigations and drafting title reports
- Communicating effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage providers, and other relevant parties
- Preparing legal documents such as contracts and transfer deeds
- Ensuring adherence to all legal and regulatory standards
- Delivering exceptional client care and fostering strong client relationships
- Utilizing case management systems proficiently to organize files and documentation
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential conveyancing
- In-depth understanding of conveyancing procedures and applicable legislation
- Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
- Ability to handle a substantial caseload efficiently
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proactive, client-oriented approach
Preferred Qualifications
- Qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEx)
- Experience with both freehold and leasehold properties
- Knowledge of the local property market
