Your Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Specialist to join our team. As an Internal Audit Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking on-site and remote audits of our operations, as well as managing and facilitating external audits by clients and third parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough audits of our operations, identifying areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change.
- Manage audit scheduling and arranging audits, ensuring that all necessary stakeholders are informed and involved.
- Manage audit outcomes and associated documentation, ensuring that all findings are accurately recorded and reported.
- Assist in the development of systems and operations, working closely with our internal teams to implement changes and improvements.
Requirements
- Proven experience in internal auditing, with a strong understanding of risk management and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
