Penguin Recruitment is seeking a skilled Building Compliance Specialist to join a prominent consultancy that specializes in environmental, sustainability, and regulatory services within the construction sector.

This organization has established a strong reputation in the industry, engaging in a diverse array of projects.


Key Requirements for the Building Compliance Specialist:
  • ATTMA Level 1 or Level 2 certification
  • Valid UK driving license
  • Familiarity with Building Regulations or industry standards (Preferred)
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Excel and Outlook
  • Experience in testing intricate structures, including Plenums, Smoke Shafts, Isolation Rooms, and PassivHaus (Preferred)

Responsibilities of the Building Compliance Specialist:
  • Analyze and interpret testing results
  • Generate ATTMA short reports utilizing electronic systems
