Area Counsellor Specialist/Psychotherapist/Psychological Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Area Counsellor Specialist/Psychotherapist/Psychological Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our counselling services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality counselling services to individuals, groups, and families. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessments and interventions to clients with complex mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to junior staff members and volunteers.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of counselling services policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the evaluation of counselling services.
- Accredited postgraduate qualification in counselling or psychotherapy.
- Experience in providing specialist assessments and interventions to clients with complex mental health needs.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
