Accounts Officer (Full-time Position)
Due to our continued growth and expansion, Adsyst Automation is seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Officer. We are looking for someone who is proactive, concise, has excellent attention to detail, and outstanding writing proficiency/literacy skills.
The Accounts Officer will build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and clients, whilst supporting the wider Finance, Project Management, and Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconciling and auditing nominal accounts
- Completing regular bank account reconciliations – credit card, current account, petty cash, savings
- Reconciling payroll including journals
- Providing support to accounting team administrators to ensure all tasks are completed
- Attending training sessions (both internal & external) when required
- Knowledge and experience of Accounting software such as Sage, Deltek VantagePoint (preferable)
- Advanced Excel skills - Ability to use lookup functions
- Several years of experience in the Accounting field
- Certificate in Accounting accredited by AAT
- Clean UK Driving License

Job Details:
- This is a Full-time position: Temporary to Permanent contract (temp to perm initially 6 months)
- Hours: 08:30 – 17:15 – Monday to Thursday, and 08:30 – 16:00 on Fridays
