Maintains the prestigious image of Cartier through a professional demeanor at all times Delivers a consistently outstanding client experience characterized by courtesy and professionalism Greets clients upon their arrival in the boutique and/or designated area Expresses gratitude to clients upon their departure

Waiting Period Oversight

Manages waiting times utilizing the designated application Guides clients to a waiting area, ensuring they are attended to by a member of the Hospitality team (if applicable) Shares insights and narratives about the Maison and the boutique Offers boutique explorations for clients interested in learning more

Client Navigation & Guidance

Addresses client inquiries and assesses their needs regarding orientation Directs clients to the appropriate department or representative Ensures a seamless flow of clients within the boutique Sales Support Assists in retrieving and returning items for Sales Associates Provides discreet assistance with various tasks during sales Facilitates communication between Sales Associates and Stock Executive/Cashier/Valets, etc. Manages gift wrapping and oversees the packaging area Arranges transportation for clients Accompanies clients to the exit upon their departure Aids with Care Service responsibilities (retrieving items, etc.) without handling payments Boutique Atmosphere Ensures the boutique environment is immaculate Responsible for the music and scent ambiance of the boutique Maintains the windows and counters in pristine condition Daily Boutique Functions Adheres to all group, Maison, and boutique policies, procedures, and guidelines Participates in inventory management Engages in price labeling activities Assists in the setup and breakdown during opening and closing hours of the boutique Contributes to the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards Orders boutique supplies (bags, refreshments, promotional materials, office supplies, etc.)
