Position Overview:

  • Job Title: Assistant Manager
  • Salary: £34,000 per annum
  • Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of the facility
  • Guiding junior staff members
  • Ensuring adherence to placement and risk management protocols
  • Supporting young individuals in their daily routines
  • Encouraging independence and positive social interactions

Qualifications:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 3 in Children & Young People's Residential Services or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in youth residential services
  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Willingness to pursue Level 5 qualification
