**Job Summary**
As a Nursery Support Manager at Co-Operative Energy Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our national network of nurseries. This vital position involves working closely with the Head of Operations and the broader childcare team to provide short-term management coverage and support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Travel nationally to provide support and guidance to nursery teams, ensuring that all performance standards are met consistently.
- Work in conjunction with Regional Managers to identify and resolve business problems at nurseries, establishing positive working relationships and role modelling best practice.
- Provide leadership, direction, and expertise to Nursery management teams, promoting performance improvement, productivity, efficiency, controls, and profitability.
- Collaborate with the nursery teams to develop and implement strategies to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Ensure that all nurseries are operating in accordance with company policies and procedures, and that all necessary documentation is up to date.
**Requirements**
- Minimum level 3 qualification in Early Years, preferably level 4 or above.
- Experience in the early years sector of a minimum of 2 years.
- Good IT skills – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience of using technology and data to support performance improvement.
- Ability to travel nationally and hold a current driver's license.
