Technical Installation Trainee

dB Broadcast Ltd, a leading broadcast systems integrator, is seeking a skilled Technical Installation Trainee to join its Production department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the electro-mechanical assembly and cabling of broadcast systems and products at our modern premises in Ely.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Pre-fabrication of cable assemblies, working to a detailed cable schedule
  • Electro-mechanical assembly of broadcast related products, working to detailed instructions and gold standard references
  • Installation of broadcast related technical Infrastructure on client sites, including broadcast centres, TV studios, edit suites, and control rooms
  • Installation of cabling within technical furniture, working to a cable schedule and layout drawings
  • Mechanical assembly of satellite systems
  • Preparation of installation and site kits
