Your Role as a Senior Estate Agent
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be responsible for optimizing every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in a target-driven environment
- Able to generate new business and consistently meet sales targets
- Excellent customer care and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and numeracy skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
- A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
