Principal Engineer Leader for Engineering and Air and Space Institute

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer Leader to join our team at Lincoln College Group. As a key member of our Engineering and Air and Space Institute, you will be responsible for driving and motivating the achievement of our strategic goals and future objectives.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality engineering programs and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Engineering and Air and Space Institute.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with the college's strategic objectives and goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to promote the college's engineering programs and services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards across all aspects of the Engineering and Air and Space portfolio.
