Job Overview

Home Instead is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Support Workers for Seniors. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility
  • Assist clients with meal preparation, household chores, and other tasks as needed
  • Engage with clients in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Full UK driving license and access to a car (essential)
  • Must live locally within our region (essential)
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
