Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and sensory impairments to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with personal care needs, including shaving and daily hygiene routines.
  • Accompany individuals on holidays and family visits.
  • Work closely with a dedicated team to ensure individuals receive the best support possible.
  • Implement individualized support plans and promote independence and choice.
  • Build positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other professionals involved in their support.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the individuals we support at all times.

Requirements

  • Driving License: Essential (must be comfortable driving an automatic vehicle).
  • Passion for Support: A genuine desire to help others and make a positive impact.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work various shifts and travel on holidays with individuals.
