Job Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified and experienced pharmacist to join our team at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Band 6 pharmacist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our pharmacy services.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a pharmacist to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will be responsible for undertaking comprehensive rotations through all aspects of hospital pharmacy services, including dispensary, medicines information, clinical, and aseptic services. You will also contribute to out-of-hours working, including evening, weekend, and on-call shifts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the development of our pharmacy services
  • Undertake comprehensive rotations through all aspects of hospital pharmacy services
  • Contribute to out-of-hours working, including evening, weekend, and on-call shifts
  • Enrolled in the Post Graduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice with University College London
Person Specification

We are looking for a pharmacist with a Master's Degree in Pharmacy and membership of the General Pharmaceutical Council. You should have at least one year's pre-registration training and a minimum of six months' pharmacy work experience in a UK hospital setting. You should also have good verbal and written communication skills, the ability to organise and prioritise work, and a good understanding of national and local priorities.
