We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team at PSR Solutions. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a commercial construction project in Coventry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a team of site staff to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications.
- Develop and implement site-specific safety plans and procedures.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers, to ensure project requirements are met.
- Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or equivalent role in a commercial construction environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures, including CSCS, First Aid, and SMSTS certifications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results.
