Aon is seeking a highly experienced Health and Social Care Claims Advocate to join our UK claims function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and advocating for our clients' claims, ensuring the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients through complex and disputed claims, advocating on their behalf in meetings with insurers, solicitors, and experts.
  • Provide detailed claims data and analysis, identifying trends and risk consulting opportunities.
  • Collaborate with specialist healthcare broking teams, risk consulting, and new business teams to provide in-depth claims information.
  • Develop innovative solutions for new business ideas and deliver onboarding and annual claims process workshops.
  • Analyze claims and incidents to identify risk improvements and mitigate future losses.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in medical negligence and liability claims, ideally with a legal background.

  • Ability to facilitate, lead, and influence in claims meetings with experts, carriers, and clients.
