Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with our commercial and NPD goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain good working relationships with customer technologists
  • Assist with key technical and development matters internally and externally
  • Ensure seamless working with customer and MM Flowers account team, including full alignment with commercial and NPD goals
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports when requested, and assist with preparing data and insight for MM Flowers and 3rd party customers
Requirements
  • Experience in the horticultural/retail industry is beneficial
  • Understanding of breeding, growing, and post-harvest of fresh produce
  • Basic knowledge of plant biological and physiological processes
  • Good organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Confident communication of key findings and opportunities to a diverse audience base
