Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive cost savings.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions.
- Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize procurement needs and develop effective solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- 8-12 years of relevant industry experience in buyouts components of API pumps.
- 4-5 years of recent experience in advanced procurement in Pump industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles related to designated business unit, especially about our API Pump product line.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in an open-planned office and sit at a computer terminal for extended periods.
