Community Housing Manager Overview

Location: Teesside, Stockton, Durham & Sunderland

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

Salary: £28,200 to £32,000 per annum, negotiable based on skills and experience, with an attractive benefits package including a health cash plan.

Role Summary

As the Community Housing Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison for residents, fostering a supportive environment within our neighborhoods. This position is ideal for individuals who are committed to delivering exceptional service and improving community relations. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in community management and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and address the needs of residents in various housing schemes, including general needs and shared ownership.
  • Collaborate with residents and external partners to create and implement a comprehensive community development plan.
  • Act as a representative of the organization in community settings, conducting estate inspections and managing issues related to anti-social behavior.
  • Handle legal documentation and prepare statements for cases involving anti-social behavior.
  • Work in conjunction with other housing management teams to ensure cohesive service delivery.
