Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce and manage roster plans that align with working time regulations, operational needs, and company engagement standards.
  • Collaborate closely with both UK and Overseas stations to guarantee precise roster production while identifying and implementing strategies to optimize costs and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with system vendors to ensure the business requirements are met and to maximize the effectiveness of the rostering system.
