Job Title: Ground Ops Planning Co-Ordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Roster Planning Coordinator to join our Ground Operations Roster Planning Team at Jet2.com and Jet2holidays.

About the Role:

As a Roster Planning Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling rosters for our Ground Operations airport-based colleagues across the UK, Spain, and Portugal. You will work closely with station teams to manage colleague scheduling and roster updates, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create accurate, compliant, and balanced rosters for Jet2.com Ground Operations, ensuring the smooth operation of our workforce.
  • Optimize operational coverage while maintaining cost-efficiency, supporting both the company's budgetary goals and operational requirements.
  • Ensure that all rosters comply with EU, national, and company regulations and policies, maintaining the highest standards of safety and legal conformity.
Requirements:
  • Adaptability with a flexible attitude and be able to work in a fast-paced environment delivering to tight timescales.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and an eye for detail.
  • A good understanding of roster planning and production.
  • Knowledge of working time directives and work-place rostering agreements.
  • The ability to turn around tasks at short notice while maintaining accuracy and quality of output.
  • Have both written and verbal in Spanish.
