Your Role as a Weekend Chef

We are seeking talented and passionate chefs to join our team on weekends. You will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional culinary experiences.

  • Prepare and cook food to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Work efficiently to minimize food waste and maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with your team to ensure a smooth and productive working environment.
  • Maintain meticulous records of daily and weekly food safety checks, including fridge and freezer temperatures, cooking temperatures, and due diligence procedures.
  • Ensure the kitchen is always kept clean, organized, and adheres to strict hygiene standards.
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, health and safety, and responsible gambling.
