We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to support our team of overseas qualified dentists in obtaining their NHS performer numbers. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a vital role in providing clinical supervision and support to our dentists, ensuring they meet the required standards and competencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical supervision and support to up to 4 overseas qualified dentists in a general dental practice environment.
  • Liaise with our clinical team to monitor the progress and abilities of the dentists.
  • Attend training and meetings as required to maintain your skills and competencies.
  • Assess and grade the treatment provided by the dentists to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Provide pastoral support to the dental students and report any issues arising.

Requirements:

  • Full GDC registration as a dentist or specialist and active NHS performer number.
  • Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience as a general dentist.
  • Previous experience in teaching or mentoring is desirable.
