YOUR PROFILE

To qualify for this role, you should possess a degree (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering or a related field and be a member of a relevant professional institution.

Experience in leading projects within an urban drainage context is essential.

Successful candidates will showcase technical expertise across a broad spectrum of urban drainage modelling tasks and demonstrate proficiency in InfoWorks ICM.


Your responsibilities will include providing guidance, training, and promoting staff development and well-being within the discipline. You will assist in bids and prepare cost estimates within our project frameworks.

The role entails participating in the planning, scheduling, and coordination of urban drainage projects while ensuring excellence in delivery, technical governance, and adherence to best practices.

Excellent communication skills are vital, as you will be involved in report writing, developing and delivering presentations, and establishing industry contacts.

The ideal candidate will have experience in staff management and development, with the ability to integrate seamlessly into a team and provide technical leadership to other modelling professionals, all while maintaining a strong client service focus.
