Role Overview:

We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Infant Room Supervisor to become part of our team in the Baby Room.

This part-time position entails working full days on Thursday and Friday. If you possess a caring disposition, robust leadership capabilities, and a commitment to enhancing a high-quality early years setting, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and direct the Baby Room, ensuring a secure, engaging, and nurturing atmosphere.
  • Design and execute age-appropriate activities that cater to the developmental requirements of infants.
  • Establish strong, positive connections with children, parents, and caregivers.
  • Maintain precise documentation of children's progress and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with the broader nursery team to ensure a unified approach to care and education.
  • Adhere to and promote the organization's policies and procedures, including health and safety standards.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with infants in an early years environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
