About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Ballington House in Leek, Staffordshire. As a qualified RMN or RNLD, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to female adults with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide effective and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexibility
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to high-quality care and values-based practice
