Business Development Manager

We are seeking a proactive and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our client's team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for a successful logistics business that offers a full solution to its clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver a sales strategy to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Proactively generate leads through market research, networking, and industry events.
  • Arrange meetings to explain and offer solutions to clients, building strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Account manage clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other departments to deliver a strong service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • Previous sales experience and a proven track record of success.
  • Self-motivated and resilient individual, able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work using your own initiative to meet and exceed targets, demonstrating a proactive and results-driven approach.
