About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team at Faith Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to improve our company's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all customer queries and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Liaise with third-party providers to ensure seamless billing and payment processes.
  • Develop and implement payment plans and review direct debits to ensure timely payments.
  • Set up new accounts and ensure accurate pricing data is uploaded to our system.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to our business.
  • Provide detailed reconciliation breakdowns and assist with reporting on sales and target performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Experience with process mapping and business support.
