Private Client Paralegal Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Private Client Paralegal to join our busy private client team in the West Midlands. As a Private Client Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting with a varied caseload of private client matters, including Estate Administration, drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and conducting meetings to obtain instructions from clients.

The Role
  • Assist fee earners with private client matters
  • Draft Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and other legal documents
  • Conduct meetings with clients to obtain instructions
  • Support the private client team with Estate Administration matters
The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a Private Client Paralegal with at least 6 months of experience in private client matters, including drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and assisting with Estate Administration. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
