Key Responsibilities- Lead and Develop the Operations Team: Oversee and develop a team of 5 responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and administrative changes.
- Process Improvement and Efficiency: Take a holistic view of the team, workflows, and processes to ensure employee records are well maintained and controls checks and measures are in place to ensure data integrity.
- HR Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, create, and implement HR policies, template letters, manager's guides, contracts of employment, and other associated HR templates.
- Business Partnership and Advisory Role: Act as an advisor to the business, providing guidance on terms and conditions, company policies, and encouraging self-service via the HRIS.
- Project Leadership: Lead the introduction and management of a ticketed service desk, developing its use, introducing SLAs, driving usage, and efficiencies.
