Electrical Engineer - MEP Team

We are seeking a part-qualified Electrical Engineer to join our MEP team in Cardiff. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and coordinating electrical systems for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and coordinate electrical systems using Revit and 3D BIM modelling software
  • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Perform lighting calculations using Dialux/Relux and cable calculations using Amtech
  • Utilize regulations, standards, and guidance documents to produce electrical system designs
  • Participate in design team and client meetings, and attend site visits
Requirements:
  • Be part-way through a relevant degree, BEng (Hons) or BSc (Hons)
  • Have a basic understanding of single phase and three phase theory
  • Be driven, hardworking, productive, and determined
  • Be willing and eager to learn new skills
  • Have strong IT competencies, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
