Junior Project Finance Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Junior Project Finance Analyst to join our team at Allen Associates. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in supporting business leaders with efficient and accurate financial reporting for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality monthly financial reports for ongoing projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.

• Monitor project costs and investigate any abnormal variances, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.

• Provide analytical support to project leaders, assisting with planning and forecasting to ensure project success.

• Assist with external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Analyze and report on compliance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

• Support the wider Finance department during busy periods, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.

Requirements:

• Previous analytical experience within a fast-paced environment, specifically within the finance function of a business.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff members at all levels.

• A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with a strong proficiency in Excel and IT.
