Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage DLUHC data and Master Schedule in Excel, ensuring strong attention to detail and ability to filter relevant information for team members.
  • Process Building Safety Inbox emails, providing good communication and customer care, with a focus on responding within 10 working days.
  • Prepare written communication, drafting simple letters in good English for subsequent checking by the team.
  • Represent the team in external meetings with Government, discussing data returns and presenting information.
  • Coordinate with team members to obtain necessary information, using confident and persistent communication.
  • Make and receive calls from customers, management companies, and internal stakeholders, organizing meetings and ensuring timely responses.
  • Manage COINS finance and invoicing, liaising with line managers and project managers to update POs and ensure accurate information is provided.
  • Provide administrative support, using good time management and organization skills to help the team with setting meetings and liaising with external consultants.
  • Monitor team members' hours recorded in Replicon and download weekly reports.
  • Act as Special Projects' administrator for Policy Hub/Grapevine.
